Treehouse Creatives, LLC is a videography service provider specializing in, Videography and Photography services, operated by, Jake Steven. Our services are available to clients seeking high-quality videography production for a variety of events and purposes.

2. Services Provided

We offer videography services including but not limited to:

• Event Videography

• Wedding Videography

• Corporate Videography

• Promotional and Marketing Videos

• Editing and Post-Production Services

• Photography

3. Booking and Payment Terms

• Booking: To secure our services, a signed agreement and deposit are required. A detailed service agreement will outline the scope of the work, including dates, pricing, and specific deliverables.

• Ownership of Content: All video footage, raw footage, edited video files, and other content produced by Treehouse Creatives, LLC remain the property of Treehouse Creatives, LLC until full payment has been made. Upon payment, ownership of the final edited video transfer to the Client.

• Usage Rights: By engaging Treehouse Creatives, LLC for services, you grant us permission to use the final video content in our portfolio, website, social media, or other promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• License for Personal Use: Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final video for personal or business purposes as defined in the service agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Access and Cooperation: The Client must provide Treehouse Creatives, LLC with reasonable access to the event or location, and any other necessary resources to complete the videography work.

• Permits and Releases: The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, model releases, or location releases to ensure Treehouse Creatives, LLC can legally film the event.

7. Limitation of Liability

Treehouse Creatives, LLC is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our services, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific services rendered.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, labor disputes, or technical failures.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration under the laws of [State/Country], and the prevailing party will be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees.
