1. Booking and Scheduling

• Booking Confirmation: To confirm your booking with Treehouse Creatives, LLC, a signed service agreement and deposit are required. The signed agreement will outline the scope of services, including the date, location, and deliverables.

• Availability: Our videography services are subject to availability. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure we can accommodate your preferred dates.

• Service Agreement: A detailed service agreement, including the event type, location, dates, and pricing, must be signed before any services are rendered. This agreement outlines the expectations and responsibilities for both parties.

2. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A [percentage]% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount is deducted from the total cost of the service.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full [insert number of days] prior to the event or at the time of the final delivery of your video content, as specified in the service agreement.

• Late Payments: If payment is not received by the agreed-upon due date, a late fee of [percentage]% per day will apply until the balance is paid in full.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Event Access and Cooperation: The client is responsible for providing Treehouse Creatives, LLC with reasonable access to the event location, as well as cooperation from key individuals (e.g., event coordinators, other vendors, etc.). This includes providing necessary accommodations for the videography team to work effectively.

• Model Releases and Permissions: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary model releases, location permissions, or event permits required to legally film the event. Treehouse Creatives, LLC is not responsible for any legal issues arising from a lack of permissions or releases.

5. Delivery of Final Product

• Delivery Timeline: The final edited video(s) will be delivered within [insert number] weeks after the event. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the agreed-upon deliverables.

• File Formats: The final video will be delivered in [list formats, e.g., HD, MP4, etc.] via [delivery method, e.g., online gallery, download link, physical media].

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of Content: All footage, raw video, and edited video produced by Treehouse Creatives, LLC remain the property of Treehouse Creatives, LLC until full payment is made. Once payment is completed, the client receives ownership of the final edited video.

• Usage Rights: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final video for personal or business purposes as outlined in the service agreement. Treehouse Creatives, LLC may retain the right to use the footage in their portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Liability

• Limitation of Liability: Treehouse Creatives, LLC is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our services, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services rendered.

• Force Majeure: Treehouse Creatives, LLC will not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, illness, or technical issues.

8. Confidentiality

Treehouse Creatives, LLC respects the confidentiality of our clients and will not disclose any information about the event or video content without prior consent, unless required by law or as outlined in the service agreement.

9. Changes to This Policy

Treehouse Creatives, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Business Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you accept and agree to the updated policy.
